Unlike our jams, our jellies are seedless. We crush
our fruit by hand, simmer, and then strain the fruit quickly to
retain the fresh flavor of the harvest. Our jellies
are made only with the pure juice of the fruit.
Apple Butter
Our Apple Butter is based
on an old family recipe which we have made for years.
This year it is made exclusively with Gravenstein Apples
provided by both Rest Awhile Fruit in Pateros, WA and
Jones Creek Farms in Lyman, WA. We take these
wonderful apples and combine them with freshly pressed Cider from Minea Farm, some
sugar, and a few spices.

Blackberry Jelly
The Blackberries we use
are grown on a small farm located in Monroe.
Picked fresh as the sun rises over the cow pastures, and
made into Jelly the same day, or flash frozen to be used
to make jelly later in the year. Our Marion
Blackberries are grown at McPhail's Farm in Lyden.
There they are picked fresh, so that we can bring you
the best tasting jelly

A limited offering of
Raspberry Jelly made from fresh Raspberries grown at
Sidhu farm in Puyallup. These berries have never
been sprayed and have an intense flavor.

Red Currant Jelly
True to the flavor of the
Red Currants, this is an exceptionally tart jelly.
The berries are grown in Lynden, picked, and quickly
prepared as jelly in our kitchen. Our quantities
are extremely limited as we had a very limited supply of
these exceptional berries.
