Jams & Butters
All our jam spreads are as true to the fruit as we can make them. What does this mean to you? It means that if the fruit has small edible seeds, then so does the jam. All Jams and Butters are available in 7oz jars.

Plum Jam - featuring Italian Plums
Thanks to joining a wonderful farmer's market in Seattle, we have gotten to know the great fruits of Collins Family Farm in Selah. From this exceptional farm, we have purchased all our Italian Plums this year. The variety of Italian Plums they grow are know as the Empire Plum, which bursts with great flavor and makes this delicious jam. Not only is this jam great on toast by itself, but it is also wonderful with pork as a condiment or as a final taste to baste on the roast before serving. For one of my sons, this jam is his favorite to eat with peanut butter on his sandwhich, so if you feel adventurous, give it a try. Also, for the holidays, it is nice to dab some of this jam in traditional Jam Thumprint Cookies, it always makes me think of the Sugar Plum Faries of the Nutcracker.

Raspberry Cherry Jam
Another enthusiastic customer at the Kirkland Market encouraged us to try this blend. We were skeptical at best, but finally found a cherry we liked to mix with the raspberries. This jam is a blend of mostly raspberries with just enough Rainier or Bing Cherries we received from Collins Family Farm in Selah to create a delicious rounded flavor. The Cherries sweeten the Raspberries perfectly, without loosing their individual taste. Customers have raved that the blend truly captures the tanginess of the raspberries without compromising the sweet distinctive taste of the Bing or Rainier Cherry.

Raspberry Jam
Made with fresh raspberries grown all over the Puget Sound, we gather our own, pick them at Remlinger's and Harvold Farm in Carnation, get some at the markets from Duris Farm from Puyallup, McPhail's Berry Farm in Lyden, and Youngquist and Jessies Berries in Mt. Vernon. this has got to be my favorite jam to taste warm from the pot. Exceptional berries do make this a fabulous jam.

Raspberry Peach Jam
A true treat for the taste buds. This jam features wonderfully fresh berries mixed with fresh, hand chopped peaches. The sweetness of the peaches is a wonderful compliment to the raspberries, giving the jam a subtle sweetness to round out the tart raspberry taste. A favorite compliment to yogurt with granola and oatmeal, we also have heard many of our customers using this jam as a base layer in layered cakes or jelly rolls. Truly Yummy!

Raspberry Rhubarb Jam
One of our best selling jams, our Raspberry-Rhubarb offers a tangy twist on the rhubarb taste. This jam is almost a equal mix of rhubarb and raspberries, made with just enough sugar to take the edge off, but not too much so you loose the amazing blended taste. For those who find Strawberry-Rhubarb too sweet, this is just the right blend for your taste buds. It has taken us 3 years, and many consultations with our customers at the markets, but I can honestly say that the blend is the perfect now, a balance of tastes that does not compromise either flavor.

Raspberry-Black Currant Jam
My mother's favorite recipe, we have added this blend to our mix in her honor. It is tangy and intense and will definitely wake you up in the morning with a smile. Unlike some of the raspberry blends, these flavors blend together so marvelously, it is like discovering a new berry. The Black Currant accentuates the tartness of the raspberry and brings our the darkly, sweet flavor in a deliciously different way. Again, this jam is excellent in oatmeal in the morning, or in yogurt anytime of the day.

Rhubarb Jam
A truly traditional taste, we were not sure how our rhubarb jam would be received, but so far, we have been very pleased with the response of our customers. Our Rhubarb comes almost exclusively from Remlinger Farm in Carnation, and has exceptional flavor and texture. As we prefer using the spring rhubarb with the most taste, our jams send rhubarb fans into a fit of excitement. It is tart, but not too tart, and just perfect for most on toast or a muffin so they can pretend to have pie for breakfast.

Spiced Plum Jam
Using Empire and Italian Prune Plums from Collins Family Farm in Selah, we have created a wonderful warm spiced flavor to accent the fruit's fine taste. Nothing too radical, just cinnamon and spices make this a fine accent to a peanut butter or turkey sandwich. We find the flavor also works well with pork loin or as a glaze on meats in the oven. Try some and enjoy!

Strawberry Jam
Fresh from the fields in Carnation and from Sidhu Farm in Puyallup, our strawberry jam is just like eating fresh strawberries. Though we usually enjoy this jam as a spread, we also love to use in baking our fresh Strawberry Tarts.

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
Based on the popular pie, we have developed this spread to be much lower in sugar than you might expect. Actually, the jam has a higher content of rhubarb than strawberry, but the strawberry remains the primary flavor you taste in the jam. Though most of the Rhubarb comes from Remlinger Farm in Puyallup, the strawberries come from a variety of farmers including Remlinger and Harvolds in Carnation, Yougquist and Jessies Berries in Mt. Vernon, and Duris Farm in Puyallup. Thanks again for the amazing fruits it truly makes the jam a treat to eat!
