Jams & Butters
All our jam spreads are as true to the fruit as we can make them. What does this mean to you? It means that if the fruit has small edible seeds, then so does the jam. All Jams and Butters are available in 7oz jars.

Apple Butter
Our Apple Butter is based on an old family recipe which we have made for years. This year it is made exclusively with Gravenstein Apples provided by Jones Creek Farms in Lyman, WA. We take these wonderful apples and combine them with freshly pressed Cider from Minea Farm, some sugar, and a few spices, cook them for hours on the stove, and when the taste is just right, bottle it up for you to enjoy.

Apricot Jam
Made exclusively from Tomcot Apricots from Bill's Fruits at our local farmer's markets, this Apriocot Jam has a tart, delicious taste only these Apricots can provide. Using only the ripest fruits from Bill, most of the jam we make is ordered before we make it, but we save a few for new customers to experience the amazing flavor. Quanitites of this jam are extremely limited, as we only make the jam while the fruit is in season and being harvested. Truly a flavor not to be missed.

Apricot-Raspberry Jam
Truly a delicioius blend of early raspberries straight from the farm and the tart, luscious taste of fresh Apricots, this is one of our specialty jams that we make only a few batches of, and enjoy the flavor through the winter months. Again, rarely do we make it to Halloween with any instock, many of our customers order it before we make it, so get it while you can, and enjoy the magnificent flavor through out the year.

Black Currant Jam
One of my mother's favorites. We juice 1/2 the black currants and mix them with fresh crushed berries to create a rich, tart jam for your toast. Our black currants come from our own plants, but mostly from McPhail's Berry Farm in Lyden, WA. This jam has an extremely strong flavor, due to the exceptional quality and freshness of the Black Currants. Several of our customers have recommended serving the Black Currant Jam with Brie (or another favorite cheese) and toast and some fresh fruit, as a delicious appetizer.

Blackberry Jam
As our business has matured, so has our knowledge of the blackberries we use. This year, we have used only Triple Diamond, Katata, or Obsidian Blackberries for our jams. All three of these blackberries are know for their delicious taste, low seed count, and full flavor which just bursts in your mouth. Our berries come exclusively from Duris Farm in Puyallup, Youngquist Farm in Mt. Vernon, McPhail's Berry Farm in Lyden and Jessie's Berries in Mount Vernon. All three of these growers have the best berries we have found at our local markets, so the jams this year have been exceptional.

Blueberry Jam
Delicious on toast or mixed with yogurt or oatmeal, our Blueberry Jam explodes with the true fresh flavor it is meant to have from the fresh Blueberries we use. This year, we have used tasty fresh Blueberries from both McPhail's Berry Farm and Jessie's Berries. Both grew such lucious, tasty blueberries it was easy to make delicious spreads from them.

Boysenberry Jam
A sweet member of the Blackberry family, boysenberries are know for their "musty" or "smoky" flavor. This distinctive Blackberry is a favorite of mine, which I have been enjoying since childhood. We are very pleased to find Boysens at our local market, and have got most of our Boysenberries from Duris Farm in Puyallup, McPhails Berry Farm in Lyden, and Jessies Berries in Mt. Vernon. Again, a great berry to mix into yogurt, or drop a spoon or so onto a Ice Cream Sunday for an exceptional experience.

Cherry Jam - Featuring Bing Cherries
A Sweeter alternative to our Montmorency Cherry Jam. These cherries came almost exclusively from Collins Family Farm in Selah, bursting with amazing flavor. This sweet-tart cherry jam is excellent on toast or cookies, mixed into yougart or used as a ice cream topping for a special sunday.

Cherry Jam - featuring Rainier Cherries
This is a very special jam to us as the the Rainier Cherries are a creation of Washington State. The delicate sweet flavor of the Rainier Cherries does not appeal to everyone, but for those who like the sweet, distinctive taste of the fresh cherries, you will not be disapointed. This jam is extremely limited as we never know how many cherries we will be able to get during the season, so if you know you may want to try it, please pre-order or send an email requesting we hold the jam. When we make it, we have it on hand usually only several weeks. Around the holidays, we take a few frozen Rainiers from our freezer and make several holiday batches, but when they are gone, that is it until next year.

Cherry Jam- featuring Montmorency (Pie) Cherries
Best described as "Cherry Pie on Toast". These Montmercy Cherries were grown in Royal City by Tonnemaker Farm. Their exceptional tart flavor gives this jam a unique character to be enjoyed on special occasions on muffins or toast, or as a great boost to some yogurt and granola. Beware: once you have opened the jar, it is tough to put it back in the fridge. This is one of our most "persuasive" jams, one that always seems to tell you to have just a bit more.
