About 12 years ago, when our sons were just little helpers, we
began picking berries and making our own jams and jellies for
our friends and family. As the years passed, we have tried many
recipes, and keep coming back to a few favorites. Based on
local produce, all our products are made with fruit grown here
in the Pacific Northwest.
In
our family, we love the natural flavors of peaches, pears,
berries, and other fruits. With that in mind, we try to limit
the amount of sugar in our recipes.
Generally, our recipes contain a bit more than half the amount of sugar you
would normally find in traditional jam recipes.
Our
recipes have evolved through time, and are now prepared by
myself and my son Nicholas. So if you’re in the
mood for a refreshing change in your breakfast, lunch or
